The company plan is a factual review of your business. In this section you will need to explain who your company is? And why is it in existence? This section should include; Company Description The Company Description should describe the business in great detail. Company Accomplishments List your Company Accomplishments and also list work that your company is presently working on at this time. Property Owned List and describe any buildings owned by your company. Include all of them and also include details about the property. Company Assets List any current assets that your company own. Also list any inventory that your company has on hand. Company Goals Briefly list the goals of your company. How do you plan on reaching your companies goals? Company History Explain how long your company has been in business. List some of your company’s major accomplishments. List some of the important minor things your company has done in the past. Company Philosophy Describe the way your company does business. Also explain why your company does business this way. Contracts List all contracts and agreements that your company is included in, this should include your management, employees, sub contracts, shareholders and any type of contract that your company is apart of. Legal Formation Tell the legal structure of your business. Explain if your company is a sole proprietor, partnership, corporation or a legal liability company. Location Describe the location of your business. Explain why you chose this location. Is this location working well for your business? Merchandising Plan Describe what you sell or what type of service you provide. This section also explains your sales projections based on past and future estimated sales. It compares prices with your competitors. Product Description Explain what each of your product/service is. List your product/service strengths and weaknesses. Why will people want your product/service? Proprietary Rights List all the patents, copyrights, trademarks and any designs that your company owns. Suppliers
