Our construction company consists of a management staff consisting entirely of professionals in the world of construction and related industries.  

We pride ourselves in the fact that our management staff has real world experience, and they have been around the construction industry long enough to know it intimately.

This intimate knowledge also allows our management staff to hire only the best construction workers, and to maintain the quality of their work better than many of our competitors.

Objectives

For the future, our construction company intends to grow our luxury home market while still providing services for buyers of starter homes.  

During the short time we have been in the luxury home market we have found that this market is much more lucrative and profitable than building homes for other price points.

This has allowed us to grow our profits and enjoy an excellent position in the luxury home market. We intend to build on this past experience and use what we have learned to expand this highly profitable part of our business.

Our company also intends to build a partnership with a local architectural firm to provide services to our clients. The market for custom built luxury homes has never been stronger, and we intend to focus on this part of the market more than ever before.

To this end we have approached a number of architectural firms in our area in order to provide these custom services to our current and potential customers.  

We have also approached the local architectural department at our local college in order to retain the services of architecture students.  

We feel that this program will help us and our clients to gain important and useful services at a very low cost to our company and our clients.

Even though we are focused on growing the luxury home portion of our business, we have been careful not to neglect the market for starter homes.  

As home prices have continued to rise ever higher, the market for starter homes has continued to grow ever stronger, and we feel that a great deal of profit can be earned by serving the market for more affordable homes.  

We have continued to maintain a focus on this important part of the market, even as we establish a foothold in the luxury home market.
