Our construction business started with the desire to provide home buyers of all income levels with the opportunity to purchase a well built, safe and secure home, and our business has grown considerably from its modest origins.  

Our construction business continues to construct homes in all price ranges, but our expertise has allowed us to enter the thriving market for luxury homes as well.

We feel that our wide range of experience and multiple price points allow us to be very competitive in any kind of housing market.

While there is no doubt that a construction businesses such as ours have benefited greatly from the historic low interest rates and rising home prices, our business has been better able than most to withstand downturns in the market.  

Unlike some of our competitors, our construction business has been around long enough to have lived through several downturns in the industry, and we feel we are uniquely positioned to benefit from down markets
